Wow the 3 Valleys is transformed! We have had some SERIOUS snow in the past week and been spoilt with two AMAZING blue sky days. Snow forecast readings show the rest of the week to be cold and beautifully sunny!
One word to describe the snow conditions… EPIC.
What a way to kick off the 2017 Winter Season with an increase of 98cm of fresh snow at 2700m.
Meribel and La Tania have been kissed with a coating of glistening snow, the resorts are a real Winter paradise. There is so much snow that we reported this weekend on @AlpineActionSki Twitter Grenoble is also covered in snow.
emperatures continue to plummet with highs of minus 5 and lows of minus 16 with a wind chill of minus 20 you will be needing some very thick thermals and a buff!
The Meribel valley currently has a reading of 54cm of snow at resort level (1800m) and 170cm at Altitude (2700m).
The Courchevel valley currently has a reading of 71cm at resort level (1850m) and 126cm at Altitude (2700m).
