Interviews Dates for season 2017-2018

We have the following Interview dates available at out UK office in Shoreham by Sea Sussex 

18 & 25 May
08, 15 & 29 June
06 & 20 July 
31 August
04, 14, 21 & 28 September 

 The times are from 10 or 11am, 2.30 or 3.30pm  Interviews are held here in our offices in Shoreham-By-Sea, just outside of Brighton.  The interview lasts for approximately 45 -60 minutes. 

Please note that we can only consider applications from EU Passport holders that are resident in the UK, with a UK National Insurance number and UK bank account.

As you are applying for a chalet couple or host cooking, then please include a 6 day menu plan – like ours here    

Please also answer the following questions in your email:
  • Do you hold a valid clean driving license?

  • Have you ever been on a chalet holiday?

  • Please state your skiing or snowboarding experience

Eligibility Chalets Hosts

You must be a passionate about cooking, the mountains and skiing or boarding.  All applicants must hold an EU passport and have a National insurance number and UK bank account. Independent chalet hosts must be female due to shared accommodation. At least one half of the chalet couple and the independent chalet hosts must be over 21 year, due to possible driving duties, albeit minimal, however this is due to insurance.

Eligibility Drivers/Handyman

You must be a confident driver and be passionate about the mountains and skiing or boarding.  You will need to be over 21 years for insurance purposes. Drivers must be male sure to shared accommodation.  All applicants must hold an EU passport and have a National insurance number and UK bank account.














Salary & Benefits

You will attend an in resort training course at the beginning of the season with our management team and spend time in one of our chalets with other hosts learning about all aspects of the job, the company and the resort. This is a fun but an informative course before you head to your own chalet for the preparation and arrival of your first guests.

  • Travel to and from resort at the start and end of contract

  • Approximately 9 days holiday pay, paid at end of contract.
