You Chalet Hosts
Your chalet hosts are carefully chosen not only for their culinary skills, friendliness and helpful nature but also their passion for skiing. They come to the resort not because they think the work will be easy, far from it, however the option to ski almost everyday for five months is very appealing. We have a lot of staff that return each year and take great pains to select new recruits for other positions each season. We have the best choice of candidates as working for small, tightly-run company appeals to people who want to be part of a competent, supportive and dedicated team. They are all committed individuals supported by an experienced resort management team.

The philosophy and history of the company is passed on to all during a comprehensive training course held at the start of the season in-resort. Care is taken by all staff to ensure that your stay is, as you would expect from our brochure and web site description.
For a chalet company in the three valleys, the resort staff are our greatest asset. In the UK we may have detailed knowledge and build a good friendship before you go to the resort, but it is very important that the staff in our chalets cater well for you. There is no lack of smart chalets nowadays, but there is a huge shortage of good staff to run them. Our resort staff are extremely important to us as they are to our clients being hosted by them.
If you are interested in working in one of our chalets as a single or couple then please look at our employment page. |
