The resorts of Meribel and La Tania are close to Moutiers railway station served by both the Snowtrain and Eurostar the transfer time to both resorts is 35 minutes. We are able to book either trains for you, please see the options below. However, if you choose to book your own train then there will be a discount to your holiday, although a transfer will not be included it will be possible for Alpine Action to arrange a transfer to your chalet , please enquire with our office.

The Snowtrain – giving you extra days skiing!

The Snow Train is a great way to start your holiday, whether you'd like to get a good night's sleep or start the party in the onboard bar/disco on the way. With the overnight train from London or Ashford via Paris you can maximize the amount of time in the resort with up to eight days on the slopes.

To start your mountain adventures, climb aboard Eurostar from either St Pancras or Ebbsfleet. They are both bound for Gare du Nord in Paris to meet the Rail Europe Snowtrain. Once aboard the Snow Train, simply relax, have a few drinks and settle in for the overnight journey to the Moutiers.

Either way on arrival at Moutiers one of our representatives will be there to greet you. You will be taken to your chalet, your chalets will not be fully prepared for you as last weeks clients will have only just left, however an area will be allocated for you to change. You can enjoy a light breakfast while, your rep obtains your lift passes delivering them back to you immediately. You can then enjoy your first days skiing.

Eurostar – an alternative to flying!

You can travel by Eurostar direct to Moutiers on Saturday morning to arrive early evening. This service is an alternative to flying takes approx 7 hours, you can choose to travel standard or First class, it is a pleasant and popular way to travel. The train has a buffet car.  We are unable to advise you of the supplements as they vary weekly due to availability. Please call our office where will advise on availability and price. We will provide a return transfer from Moutiers to resort for you and advise of supplement and conditions.
