In La Tania and the nearby towns, there are a lot of activities for the non-skier, such as: snow-shoe walks, paragliding, indoor climbing, ice skating, 10-pin bowling, ice-karting, dog-sledging, ski doo riding, and snow walks. Meribel and Courchevel both have ice rinks and 1850 has 10-pin bowling too. There a luge sledging run at 1550. The fitness club in the hotel Montana has massage, sun bed, pool with jet stream, sauna, swimming instruction and water aerobics are on twice a week. PEDESTIAN LIFT PASS (Piétons)
A pedestrian pass that allows you to access Courchevel 1850 and Meribel centre via a series of cable cars. En-route to Meribel, there is a small amount of walking, no more then about 100 metres to the nearest bubble, a slight down hill there and of course a little uphill on your return. Meribel has a twice weekly market, where local cheese and meats amongst various other delights can be purchased. Courchevel 1850 is also a great town to visit with its numerous shops, a little bit on the expensive side, but worth a look. There is a mall styled shopping area with cafe and many gift shops.
These passes not only give a chance for a bit of exploration, but also a chance to meet skiing friends for a spot of lunch at the Bouc Blanc situated at the top of the La Tania bubble or the Pierre Plates found at the top of Meribel and other numerous choices around Courchevel 1850.

- Daily pass being - 15€ (approx £12)
Children under the age of 5 receive free passes for pedestrian or skiing, you will need to provide a passport for proof of age.
