ABTA are in continuous dialogue with the Government and FCO to clarify new legislation in order to resolve this as current ABTA and ATOL guidelines are not adequate to cope with this unprecedented situation. As a result the Directors of Alpine Action are working relentlessly to resolve and satisfy all of our disappointed guest's demands but are not as yet in a position to do so whilst awaiting Government support.
The Covid-19 outbreak has brought devastation on many lives as well as wrecking the travel industry. We will advise you of the ongoing situation with any changes as soon as they happen.
Whatever your professional and domestic circumstances are we wish you, your families and loved ones the very best of health through these difficult times. The announcement last night of a three week lock down for all non essential businesses means that our office will be shut, emails will be answered, but please be patient we are experiencing an high volume at the moment.
