Arrival and Departure Times

When you arrive at our Meribel Chalets, you will be met by your Chalet Hosts.

Depending on the time of your arrival, the chalet and your rooms may not be ready for you due to a thorough clean being required. However you are welcome to drop off your luggage and we would suggest a wander around the town for some lunch or a beer if you are not planning on skiing.

All guests are advised to vacate the chalet by 09:30 on the day of their departure and that rooms will not be ready until 16:00 on the day of your arrival.

We try to be as flexible as possible with your arrival and departure requirements and therefore ask that you are sympathetic to our staff.

We will store luggage and arrange a changing area for early arrivals, you will then be asked to vacate the chalet and return after 16:00 hours when your chalet and rooms will be ready.

The following Sunday, we will again store your luggage and arrange a changing area only for your return from skiing and prior to your departure. We cannot make showers or other facilities available if extended skiing is undertaken by clients on their departure day, however your chalet hosts will be more than helpful and happy to assist, where possible.

You will not be able to use the chalet communal area at that time as it will then be occupied by that weeks clients.
This also applies if Alpine Action has booked your transfer for you.

If you are arriving at the chalet later than 6.30pm then the evening meal will be reduced.

If you arrive at the chalet after 9pm, we will not be able to offer you dinner,  however, provisions will be made for you to help yourself too.
