When you arrive at either our Meribel Chalets or our La Tania chalets and however you choose to travel you will be met by an Alpine Action chalet representative who will be pleased to answer and attend to any questions or concerns you may have and deal with them immediately.
All guests in one of our catered chalet are advised to vacate by 09:30 on the day of departure and that rooms will not be ready until 16:00 on the day of your arrival. The chalet and your rooms will not be ready for you until then. You are able to drop off your luggage and we would suggest a wander around the town for some lunch if you are not planning on skiing.
Occasionally there is an overlapping of outgoing and incoming clients if they have traveled by car from the U.K.
We try to be as flexible as possible with your arrival and departure requirements and therefore ask that you are sympathetic to the other guests who arrive and depart via the airport coach. We cannot make available showers or other facilities if extended skiing is undertaken by clients, however your chalet hosts who will be more than helpful and happy to assist where possible.
We will store luggage and arrange a changing area for early arrivals on Sundays, you will then be asked to vacate the chalet and return after 16:00 hours when your rooms will be ready. The following Sunday, we will again store your luggage and arrange a changing area only for your return from skiing and prior to your departure.
You will not be able to use the chalet communal area at that time as it will then be occupied by that weeks clients.
