Special notes for Chalets in Meribel

Chalet Alysson 

  • All baths have a handheld shower attachment and a curtain rail. 

  • Parking can have difficult access in extreme winter conditions. 

  • Ground floor single bedroom is functional but basic. 

  • Experienced skier/snow boarders can slide back to chalet in good snow conditions.

  • Staff live in.

 Chalet Azalee

  • Chalet is built over four floors.

  • All bedrooms have an en-suite bath, there is a hand held shower attachment, there is no shower curtain.

  • Experienced skier/snow boarders can slide back to chalet in good snow conditions.

  • Staff live in. 

Chalet Fugue

  • The chalet is access by crossing a piste. You will require decent boots.
  • Luggage is transferred across the piste on a motorised vehicle after 4pm.
  • You cannot arrive at the chalet be 4pm check in time. If you arrive early your luggage can be stored at an alternative chalet.
  • This chalet is not ideal for babies.
  • Skis cannot be delivered to this chalet.
  • If you are a beginner you will need to walk to La Chaudanne for your ski lessons, this is approximatey 5 mins from the town centre.
  • Staff live out. 

Chalet Virage 

  • Larger groups of up to 28 may take Chalet Virage & Chardon. These two chalets, although joined and next door to each other, have two separate entrances and are separate chalets. Dining together would not be possible unless a proportion of occupants were children to allow two mealtimes. 

  • Bedroom 7 has its own balcony but restricted views.

  • Staff live out.

Chalet Serpolet 

  • Room 2 has a height restriction in the en-suite shower. 
  • Staff live out.

 Chalet Chardon

  • Larger groups of up to 28 may take Chalet Virage & Chardon. These two chalets, although joined and next door to each other, have two separate entrances and are separate chalets. Dining together would not be possible unless a proportion of occupants were children to allow two mealtimes. 

  • Access to chalet is by a long staircase.

  • Staff live in.
