We appreciate the demands on the 'group leader' to book a catered chalet holiday in Meribel or La Tania, and can help to alleviate them.
1. Telephone our office 01273 466535 to discuss all your requirements. We will be happy to advise and help in any way we can. We have first-handknowledge of all our chalets and resorts – and will be happy to advise about the suitability for your group. We can actually take your booking there and then over the phone with deposit or full payment .
2. You can book online by going to the catered chalet you wish to book and just click on the button. We have designed the reservation system to offer a simple and quick service. Choose your chalet, click book, then choose your rooms and travel requirements and pay the
deposit requested.
3. Deposit – Once you have chosen your method of booking either by telephone or online, you will be required to pay a deposit of £150 per person, £300 pp high season, on holidays with our own Gatwick or Manchester flights, if you wish to travel by train or from an alternative airport you will be asked for the full amount of travel costs. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. The full holiday price will be required if less than 10 weeks to the departure date.
4. Confirmation once you have paid your deposit you will be sent a booking confirmation by email. You will also be provided with a link for filling the details of your party, names and the children’s DOB for those 11 years old and under plus any special dietary requirements
Your final invoice will be sent 10 weeks prior to the departure date, if less than 10 weeks then the full balance will be required..
