Good wholesome and appetizing food is an essential part of any chalet holiday and that is precisely what we provide with the very best local produce.All our quality catered chalets in Meribel or La Tania, start the day with a cooked breakfast of bacon, tomatoes and a choice of eggs. Alternatively you may prefer porridge or to choose from a selection of cereals, yogurts and fresh bread and preserves. All served with fruit juices, fresh coffee and pots of tea. Return to your chalet at tea time to a freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea, coffee or hot chocolate.Shortly before dinner you can enjoy a glass of Kir and
canapés with your fellow guests. Your carefully prepared dinner comprises of three-courses, complimented with a choice of four quality French wines. You will also be provided with a cheese board of locally selected cheeses for the week, which you can enjoy at your own leisure. This is followed by after dinner chocolates and coffee.Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available for you during the day for you to help yourself for the duration of your stay.
Special Dietary Requirements
We do not charge extra for special dietary requirements, however we must be aware of your requirements before your holiday commences, failure to do so will result in a charge of 40€ per person charged in resort for the inconvenience of food wastage as additional purchases will be needed. There may be constraints and restrictions on supplies to satisfy those needs of specific dietary requirements, so where possible we ask that guests to provide any items that will assist our staff. You will appreciate our staff adhere to all the Health & Safety measures required in chalet kitchens but the chalet cannot be regarded as a complete sterile area. Chalet staff and the company cannot be held responsible for extreme specific allergies/conditions and can only operate to normal chalet expectations.
Staff Day off
Wednesday is our host's day off.
On this day a continental breakfast will be laid out and fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolate will be delivered to your chalet. Afternoon tea will be available as usual. Your evening meal will be at a local restaurant our hosts or representative will be delighted to help recommend and even book for you.
